Born in Beirut, the capital city of Lebanon, in 1930, Mahmoud Adada completed his college degree at Makassed School in Beirut, where he built a strong foundation of discipline, knowledge, and ambition. From an early age, he demonstrated a deep passion for craftsmanship, trade, and entrepreneurship, qualities that would later define his life’s journey. In 1952, driven by vision and determination, he moved to Saudi Arabia in search of better business opportunities and a brighter future. Starting from humble beginnings, he faced many challenges, yet remained committed to his goals. Through dedication, honesty, and relentless effort, he gradually established his own business and successfully led it for more than 45 years, earning the trust and respect of partners, clients, and the wider community.

After years of continuous effort, hard work, and perseverance to transform a small establishment into a fully structured company, his dream became a reality. Today, he proudly witnesses the ongoing growth and expansion of the company, which has evolved into a recognized pioneer in the kitchen and interior solutions industry, known for quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. Reflecting on his journey, he once said: “Success is not built overnight. Our Story

A Legacy Shaped Over Generations

1959

Workshop Establishment

Mahmoud Youssef Adada established a modest workshop in Makkah, specializing in metal cabinets, office furniture, and fitted kitchens, marking the start of his journey in woodwork and fit-out solutions.

1970

Facility Expansion & First Showrooms

Operations grew from a modest workshop into a 1,500 m² manufacturing facility equipped with advanced 1970s-era technology for metal cabinets, wooden furniture, joinery, and painting processes, supported by a skilled workforce of 65 members. In 1971, the company expanded its presence by opening its first showrooms in Makkah and Taif.

1980

Innovation & Industrial Advancement

Adada and Kabbani introduced innovative kitchen solutions in 1980, launched its first unified product catalogue in 1984, and expanded operations in 1986 by relocating to an 8,000 m² facility in Al Omra Industrial City equipped with advanced machinery.

1990

Joint Venture & Product Leadership

In 1995, Adada & Kabbani was formed through a joint venture with Isam Khairi Kabbani Group, driving growth in large-scale projects. By 1996, the facility expanded to 12,000 m², and between 1997–1999, A&K launched a new catalogue, led the market in built-in kitchens, and introduced the rustic BABEL design.

2000

Brand Growth & Signature Collections

From 2000 to 2009, Adada & Kabbani expanded its showrooms and launched signature kitchen designs like CORDOBA, DAMAS, and EDEN, reinforcing its position as a leader in innovative and elegant kitchen solutions.

2010

National Expansion & Full-Scope Woodwork

From 2010 to 2025, Adada & Kabbani expanded across Saudi Arabia, introduced new brands and kitchen collections, and by 2021, was delivering complete interior and exterior woodwork for diverse high-end and commercial projects.
